Multiculturalism, Free Speech & Political Correctness Gone Mad

Below is a quick snap shot of the trial of Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff. She has been convicted of “denigration of religious doctrines” and fined €480 for her troubles. Luckily she was aquitted of the more serious charge of ethnic incitement. Who is Elisabeth? Elisabeth is from Vienna, Austria. She is a a Counterjihad activist. Her father was an Austrian diplomat in 1979 and Elisabeth was in Iran during the Iranian Revolution of that year. She was also in Kuwait city during the Iraqi invasion and was forced to be a human shield. She was in Libya at the time of 9/11 and saw the way people responded to it there. She has great acquaintance and firsthand experience of Islamic countries.

In any case, we wish Elizabeth well with her onward plight. If you'd like to help Elizabeth financially, then please visit this link, as all her costs are her own. What I find the most interesting about this case, is the reasoning of the judge below. I wonder if paedophiles are rubbing their hands in glee??

From Gates of Vienna:

ESW Trial Day 3, #1
Elisabeth and her lawyer before the trial
Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff was sentenced to a fine of €480 for “denigration of religious doctrines” by Judge Bettina Neubauer in the Vienna Regional Court. She was acquitted of the original charge of ethnic incitement.

The court based “denigration of religious doctrines” on the fact that Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff had characterized Mohammed as “pedophiliac” because — according to Islamic legend — he had sex with nine year-old Aisha. In the court’s view, this was “denigrating” because Mohammed did not have sex exclusively with children but also with grown women, and stayed with Aisha until his death when she was eighteen years old. So he was not inclined to pedophilia.

It might be interesting to see whether this scandalous judicial interpretation could persist in regard to convicted child molesters in Austria. It is known that many of these child molesters were fathers of families at the time. This could therefore no longer legally be called “pedophilia.”

Elisabeth’s statement after the trial is clear: “Today is a sad day for my young daughter and for all other young girls.”

This is the smirking judge, ready to punish a fellow citizen for speaking out against Islam - I hope she sleeps well tonight
